French Higher Education Institutions - Visiting Professors

Outline This program is managed by each French university or “Grande école” and allows foreign professors and assistant professors to conduct research, with the option to teach (in English or French depending on the university), in a French higher education insti-tution. Blaise Pascal International Research Chairs

Outline The French Government and the Ile-de-France Region estab-lished International Research Chairs to accommodate highly qualified, internationally acclaimed, foreign research scientists. Each Chair allows a foreign scientist to be hosted in one or more well-known higher learning or research institutions in the Paris/Ile-de-France region and provides them with a suitable environment, equipment and funding. The laureates are required to give about ten lectures, deliver an activity report and organize a public seminar at the end of their stay.

Outline This partnership between the CNRS and Inserm:
