The NEw Technology Venture Accelerator (NETVA) aims at building the global leadership of the French High-Tech Start-ups through an intensive entrepreneurial training and business development week in Massachussets (Boston), Silicon Valley (San Francisco), or Greater Washington (Washington, DC).

NETVA is supported by a group of trustful partners highly integrated in the French and American Entrepreneurial ecosystems: the Institute for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization at Boston University (ITEC), RETIS Innovation (The French network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, RETIS-> www.retis-innovation.fr]), the Massachussets Office for International Trade and Investment (MOITI), the French American Chamber of Commerce in Boston (FACCNE).

  • Launch of NETVA 2018: a training program that provides exposure to the North-American market for early-stage, innovative deep tech startups

    The NETVA program (New Technology Venture Accelerator) provides French early-stage, innovative deep tech startups with a customized support program that helps them analyze opportunities and build technological partnerships in the U.S. and Canada. This program is implemented by the Office for Science and Technology of the Embassy of France in the U.S. and of the Embassy of France in Canada in four different locations: Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C. and Toronto. The primary goal of this program is to help selected startups build an international development strategy.

  • Europe VS USA Startup Pitch Battle at MassChallenge

    This event will bring together some of the most promising European entrepreneurs (including laureates of the 2017 edition of the NEw Technology Venture Accelerator), and American entrepreneurs from MassChallenge, to face off with their elevator pitch on Thursday October 26 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Feel free to join this opportunity to develop a growing network across the Atlantic. Each people in the audience will be able to vote. Join us for what promises to be an incredible opportunity to engage with International entrepreneurs in a fun and dynamic environment!

  • NETVA 2017: 20 High-Tech French Startups heading to North America!

    Discover the laureates of the 8th edition of NETVA! The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and its partners are proud to present the 20 French startups which have been selected to take part in the 2017 edition of NETVA which offers a personalized support program in order to familiarize them with the North American markets.

    This event will bring together some of the most promising French entrepreneurs, laureates of the 2016 edition of the NEw Technology Venture Accelerator (NETVA) program, and entrepreneurs from MassChallenge, to face off with their elevator pitch on Friday October 21 from 2:30pm to 6:00pm. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and its partners have selected 18 companies to take part in the 2015 edition of NETVA which offers a personalized support program to the directors of these creative French startups to familiarize them with the North American markets.
