The 12th International Conference on Smart homes, Assistive Technologies, Robotics and Health Telematics (ICOST - International Conference On Smart homes and health Telematics) was held in Denver, CO, from 25 to 27 June 2014.

Experts from around the world come together, each year, to present and discuss new technological advances to foster independant living and offer an enhanced quality of life for those in need.
France is a major stakeholder in the organization of this yearly conference thanks to pioneer Dr. Mounir Mokhtari from the Institut Mines-Télécom.

Mr. Jeffrey Richard, Honorary Consul of France in Denver, attended the gala dinner and was honored to say a few words as a representative of the French government.

ICOST 2015 will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, in collaboration with the World Health Organization’s headquarter and the University of Geneva, and will be hosted by Prof. Jacques Demongeot, Université Joseph Fourier - Grenoble, and Dr. Mounir Mokhtari.
