French American Innovation Day 2019 - Houston

French-American Innovation Days, organized since 2001 by the Office for Science and Technology of the Embassy of France in the United States, are events that bring together prominent French and American experts to discuss innovation topics in order to foster transatlantic connections in research and innovation.


The Office for Science & Technology of the Consulate general of France Houston organizes, in collaboration with the French-American Chamber of Commerce and the French Foreign Trade Advisors, the second edition of the French American Innovation Day in Houston next March 7th, 2019. The event will be dedicated to procedural medicine in the digital age. It will take place at the Texas Medical Center Institute of Innovation. The conference will address two main topics:

  • Computer-Assisted Surgery and 3D Visualization Tools
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Imagery and Healthcare

The FAID program will be structured around conferences of scientific experts, short sessions of startup presentations (French and American as well) and networking times around posters.
