The GIANT Innovation Campus in Grenoble, France, will be sporting the colours of the United States during the French-American Workshop hosted by Maison MINATEC from 15 to 16 June 2015 within the framework of the GIANT International Internship Programme.
The fourth edition of this scientific event is supported by the U.S. Consulate General in Lyon, the Embassy of France in the United States and the Nanosciences Foundation. The major theme of these two days is: French-American cooperation and the opportunities to gain experience in research (in particular at the doctorate level).
The program includes:
presentations on the work of students through poster sessions
visits of remarkable equipment in Grenoble
accounts and presentations of experience out on both sides of the Atlantic
various social events and receptions
New American universities will be participating this year as part of the development of the GIANT International Internship Programme: UNC Asheville, NC State University and others who are part of the E3S Center consortium (UC Berkeley, Stanford, MIT, UTEP).
