Group leader position in clinical biostatistics at Institut Curie

Institut Curie is a world-class Comprehensive Cancer Center with two cancer hospitals and a multidisciplinary cancer research center combining research in biology, genetics, soft matter physics, organic and medicinal chemistry. It is one of the most active French centers for early clinical trials in oncology and is a pioneer in precision medicine, supported by ambitious translational and clinical research programs.

Institut Curie is supporting the opening of a position of group leader in the Computational Systems Biology Department (Institut Curie - INSERM U900 / Mines ParisTech «Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Computional Systems Biology of Cancer»).

Institut Curie invites applications from outstanding candidates working in cancer clinical biostatistics. Special attention will be given to candidates developing projects related to methodological innovation for clinical trials and precision medicine. Candidates interested in innovative and interdisciplinary approaches are welcome. The newly recruited group will benefit from state of-the-art research equipment, appropriate laboratory space and a start-up package. The successful candidate should meet the criteria to compete for national and international funding, and for French institutional research positions (CNRS or INSERM). Young researchers who fulfill these criteria are particularly encouraged to apply.
