Symposium "Data Sensing, Science & Systems for Space"

The Office for Science and Technology of the French Consulate in Houston invites you to participate to the Symposium "Data Sensing, Science and Systems for Space" organized in partnership with Professor Amina Qutub from Rice University.

The goal of the symposium is to foster collaboration in the development of new technologies for space applications, like pushing the limits of computational imaging, interactive visualization of satellite datasets, nanotechnology for sensing brain activity or omics data for spaceflight exploration.

After a keynote address from Dr Julie Robinson, Chief scientist of the International Space Station, scientific presentations will be given by American and French scientists from NASA, Rice University, Stanford University and the University of Houston. Over the lunch break, participants will be able to attend an introductive workshop to image analysis in neural networks.
